For Hosted Stays, the accommodation and arrangements are as described for the particular stay booked.
Booking and confirmation
An enquiry submitted through our website does not itself constitute a confirmed booking.
A stay becomes confirmed only when we have agreed the dates, accommodation and applicable price with you and have confirmed the booking in writing.
Your booking confirmation will set out the relevant payment arrangements and any stay-specific information.
Number of guests
The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number agreed at the time of booking.
The Independent Cottage Stay accommodates up to five guests.
Hosted Stays accommodate up to four guests, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.
Please contact us in writing before arrival if your circumstances change.
No additional person may stay at the property without our prior agreement.
